This design is made with fine silver and measures approximately 1-3/16". All I need is an image of the handwriting, artwork, footprints, lip prints, etc., that you want on your pendant, I will then size it to fit on the pendant. This heart pendant measures approximately 1-3/16"can accommodate a short message as seen on this pendant. It will include a hidden bail on the back for you to put your chain through or if you choose the "with chain" option, you will also receive an 18" sterling silver rolo chain with a sterling silver lobster clasp as shown in the last photo. The back of the pendant in the 4th photo shows a fingerprint that can be added. You must choose this option to add your fingerprint or any other engraving on the back.
