Rustic Metal Dog Tag Keychain Textured With Your Pet's Fur Hair or Whiskers
This rustic metal dog tag keychain is made by pressing your pet's fur into White Satin Metal Clay, which is a silver-toned metal composed of bronze, iron and tin. It is extremely strong and lightweight, and is a nice alternative to silver. This metal tends to have a bit more rustic look to it and makes a beautiful gift for men. The keychain is sealed with 3 coats of protective sealant and a 7/8" split key ring is included with all orders. The keychain in the photos measures approx. 1-1/8" x 5/8" and you have 2 sizes to choose from. The back will be textured with a linen fabric texture. I can also add a small heart engraved with up to 8 characters to the back, as shown in the example in the 5th photo. I can also engrave a photo, dog nose texture, name and dates and more on the back. Simply choose the double-sided option for engraving on both sides.
I will send you instructions for sending the fur upon receipt of your order. I only need a small amount, and all unused fur will be returned to you. If you are ordering the double-sided option, please send your images by clicking on the Message The Seller link, then click on the photo icon inside your message box. You may also email them to ATimelessImpression@gmail.com. I can use a scanned image or a photo of your photo, as long as the photo is well focused. Solid colored animals can be difficult to work with. It is also better if there is good contrast between your pet and the background. I am happy to review your image prior to your completing your order.
White Satin Metal Clay is a combination of bronze, iron and tin powder metals combined with an organic binder. It can be modeled, molded, or sculpted then when heated to a high temperature, the binder burns away, and the metal particles sinter (or fuse) into solid metal. White satin metal clay is very durable and lightweight. The finished product is sealed with 3 coats of protective sealant.
